Temi & Tomi’s  – Return & Exchange Policy

At Temi & Tomi’s, your satisfaction is our top priority! We want every outfit your little one wears to be perfect. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make things easy.

💫 Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for items that are:

Unworn and unwashed

With original tags and packaging intact

Free from stains, odors, or damages

Please note:

Sale items and accessories (like socks, hats, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem!

 if available (we are a very young business so we may not have a wide array of sizes and colors at this time.)

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

You can initiate an exchange by contacting us at or through your account dashboard.

🚚 How to Return or Exchange
Email tomi&temi;s@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.

We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Ship the item back to the address provided.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send out the new item.

💳 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

If there’s any issue (like damage or signs of wear), we’ll notify you.

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

If we sent the wrong or a faulty item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
